There was a lot more here, but rather than attempt to talk about things I am not actually involved with, I'll simply point you to Starline's site. Any future announcements regarding the book will be posted there. Other than making the content, I'm really not involved with the production and distribution of the book, so it's best to keep my nose out of it. Sorry about that.
