Hey, all. I would have posted this last night, but Ioncomix was temporarily down, so I had to just sit and let it wait. Argh.
Anyway, just wanted to let you know that I am not, in fact, dead somewhere in a ditch. These last few days have just seen a lot of extra duties fall to me and liz, and we've been kicking ass trying to handle them. I expected to have time for a comic last night, but some things came up, and before I knew it, it was 2 am, and I had to go to bed and try to get a whole 3 1/2 hours of sleep.
I've been in a pretty bad way the past few days, and it kinda hit me in the face last night as I was going to bed. It's been such that I get up at 5:30, bust ass at school, have half an hour to eat lunch and decompress, head to work where I bust ass, get home where I continued to bust ass, and then go to sleep for 3-4 hours before starting all over again.
No more. I'm going to be in bed by 12, PERIOD, and I'm GOING to get some freaking free time (apart from the time spent working on the comic. Cartooning is fun, don't get me wrong. But it's hardly "restful".
So, new comic tomorrow, period. I've gotta run home, (this rant was written in-between projects at work today, so sorry if it seems sporadic) and I'll be getting the comic done nice and early. So no worries. Sorry for all this crap, folks... you're real troopers for sticking with me through all this.
