So, after posting about Will being a reader - I got an e-mail from Ankur from Season 2, saying HE was a reader! He actually sent me an e-mail back in the day, but the mail system must have eaten it. In any case - that gives me TWICE the geek cred. And Ankur made it pretty damn far in the competition, too.

So, yeah. Real Life : 2 out of 33 Geeks agree - it's possum! :D

So, it's no surprise to you at this point that Liz and I are totally addicted to Beauty and the Geek. That's the show I'm referencing when I say TV's back... that and the impending returns of House, How I Met Your Mother, Heroes, and Stargate Atlantis.

But what came as a surprise to ME is that one of the contestants on this season of Beauty and the Geek is a reader! Will, the Software Engineer, reads Real Life. I'm having a total geek-out moment. But it's funny, 'cause I was already rooting for him anyway - he seemed to me like he had a pretty good sense of humor, and I dug his attitude. Now I'm REALLY rooting for him.

But seriously - watch the show. I know its a reality show, but it's still a lot of fun. And if we're very, very lucky - we'll see Jasmine get beat down. I thought nobody could be worse than Ceecee from last year. I was wrong. Jasmine seems to me to be certifiably CRAZY.
