So, we're just a little over a week away from Kumoricon, in lovely Portland, OR! (One of the few parts of Oregon I actually like, by the by... downtown Portland is actually pretty interesting) It runs August 30 through September 1, and Liz and I will be there with bells on. Well, actually - no. I will have no bells on my person. But you get the gist of it.
I need to look over the schedule, but I'm fairly certain I've got a Real Life panel, as well as my now (in)famous "Intro to Illustrator" panel. If not, sorry - but those tend to be the norm for me. :) In any case, we'll be there, so if you haven't registered, do so quickly! Less than a week! Go go go!
Liz (At Computer): What should I rate the second two "Pirates" movies as? Greg: Eh... I say four stars they had glaring problems, but they were still pretty enjoyable.
2
Liz (At Computer): Blade Runner? Greg: You still have to watch that, but rate it a 5... It's fantastic.
3
Liz (At Computer): The Sound of Music is a 5. Greg: Three. Liz (At Computer): Fine... I'll meet you in the middle and give it a 4. Greg: In that case, I say it's a 2.
4
Liz (At Computer): At what point do we stop rating movies on Netflix and actually put movies in our queue? Greg: When it stops recommending that we rent "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat", that's when.
