Most DM's will tell you Charisma is really only useful for diplomacy, as well as helping with a few other class-based skills. And... well, they'd be right. But let's not mince words - a high CHA score means you're smokin' hot. And a Charisma score like this means either you found some sort of magical item, or you're bribing the DM. Come to think of it... the former would generally be a result of bribing the DM, too. Or flirting with them, I guess... an activity in which a high CHA score would certainly come in handy.
