The Man Hunt is Over

We celebrated Cliff's birthday on Saturday. Except Cliff wasn't there. He left a flyer on his door stating that we were on a man hunt and had to follow the clues to find the next flyer. On the flyer was a picture of Cliff through out his childhood. At the bottom of the flyer is a phone number of someone we have to call to get the clue as to where the next flyer would turn up. To make a long story short, we ended up in downtown San Francisco in the Metreon. For most of you that don't understand how California is layed out... thats a pretty good distance away.
Speaking of Cliff, he is looking for a comic artist to help him out with a comic idea he has. He had a cartoonist, but the gentleman became very busy and had to cancel. The idea sounds wonderful. They already have a wondeful colorist and Cliff will be doing all the writing. If you think your drawing style is up to par please e-mail him. He will tell you what to do from that point on. But please don't spam him with alot of e-mails unless you are truly interested.
Some have asked me about SugoiCon. I don't know anything. I don't know what Greg will be asked to do or where we will be at any time. We are just playing it by ear pretty much. I also recieved some e-mails asking why we don't go to more conventions around the US. Well it boils down to money. Greg was asked to be a guest at this con, so his room and airfare are paid for. I have to pay for my airfare but I am riding on Greg's shirt-tails the rest of the way. We would love to go to more places, but first we need to be asked to go to the convention. Second we need to atleast have some of the funding from the convention. If there is a convention near you that you would like us to go to, then perhaps suggest it or something. We go to Comic Con and Fanime by paying for ourselves. We pay for our entire E3 trip so we can't afford to fly out of state and pay for hotel, ect. (Its tough being tight on money.) But thats the reason. Its not that we dislike New York or Arizona or anyplace. Its just that we can't afford to go.
Also, we probably don't get invited to as many cons because we don't have anything to do with anime. Piro gets invited to almost all of them because 1) he is famous and 2) he does a manga style comic. RealLife is more of a comic strip. So people aren't as interested in having us around a convention. ^_^ I think that might be it. Perhaps its just that Greg smells funny.
