Panel 1
Greg: Ok, LOOK.
Liz: Looking.

Panel 2
Greg: You know I’m down with The Orville. It’s got space. It’s got ships. Aliens. All that jazz.
Greg: But I cannot in any way wrap my head around the notion that it is somehow MORE “Star Trek” than current, ACTUAL Star Trek.

Panel 3
Greg: It has the pacing and overall feel of a ‘90s era UPN show. Half the plotlines are rehashed from existing Star Trek episodes, or other Sci-Fi shows of the past 15 years. It literally offers nothing new of substance, except it’s occasionally funny.
Greg: I can’t figure out if it’s just that people like the “problem of the week”, or if people just cannot objectively tell good from bad.

Panel 4
Liz: I have no idea why you’re bringing this to me. I’m less attached to the Orville than you are.
Greg: Because when I post about it on social media, Orville fans get mad.
Liz: So you decided to make a comic about it that will be online forever. Good plan.
