Panel 1
Greg: So for the sake of argument, let’s ASSUME you’ve hit the wall, technologically speaking.
Tony: Assume away.

Panel 2
Greg: What about using that technology to unlock the mysteries of the universe?
Tony: Oh good GOD, that old line. The universe isn’t an Agatha Christie novel. It operates on a very strict set of rules - just because we don’t know all of them doesn’t necessarily make them mysteries.

Panel 3
Tony: That DOES give me an idea though… I can engineer tools that can help us verify long-held assumptions about the universe through direct observation in a way nobody could before! We could flesh out the basic laws of physics!

Panel 4
Greg: It’s almost like the current state of technology is a LOCK keeping you from information, and your technology is the KEY that can be used to make things LESS MYSTERIOUS.
Tony: Yes, that’s what I said. Please try to keep up.
