I went ahead and took down the WordPress powered page for the moment. Now, I know WP isn’t breaking the system – the index page is cached, so it doesn’t put any processor strain on the box. But because of the memory issues we seem to be experiencing, the WP page wouldn’t properly load, leading to an error message on the screen instead of a comic. So, I switched to my backup version of this file, and here it is. I’ll keep you updated, as usual. :)

Many of you may remember back in the day when I just started getting into World of Warcraft, I started a guild called the United Order of Virtue. Well hey – we’re still here! Right now we’re going at about 300 members strong, but with an increasingly high desire to run raids and whatnot, more members is always better. That, and I realized I hadn’t had the UOV linked on the mainpage in quite some time. (oops.)

The guild is on the Elune server (No, not that trendy Dark Iron server. We were here before they were there. Thbbt!) on the Alliance side of things. We’d ask that before asking one of the Barons to add you to the guild, please reach at least level 10. (We had a lot of guildies added during the first days with level 1 characters, who just joined to join and never kept playing) Then, send a message to any Baron who might be on (as well as Devinoch, Calaeriel, Taltos, or Kasaikitsune) and ask (politely) to be added.

We’re allies with Slackers, another very large guild – so with more members shoring up our ranks, raids will be glorious. LEGENDARY. So head on over to the UOV page, look at the Contacts area, and see who’s on to add you! And welcome to our ranks!
