Greg: COOOOL… coolcoolcool. So, it turns out, my computer DOES in fact have an M.2 slot.
Dave: That’s great!
Greg: It is! Except that it’s taken. By my boot drive.

Dave: How could you not know that?
Greg: It’s a STOCK computer! I didn’t part it out, so how was I supposed to know they slapped one of those in there? It’s all I can do to find generic info on what they installed.

Dave: Well, does it have PCI-E slots?
Greg: Yeah, it’s got two open ones next to the video card.
Dave: Well there you go - get the expansion card and put the new drive in that. You’ll still get the super fast speeds.

Narration: Three hours and one return trip to Fry’s later...
Greg: Did you know there are FOUR different sizes of PCI-E slots? BECAUSE I DID NOT.
Dave: This is going SUPER well for you.
